This Dachshund leash completes the set and fits beautifully with our own leather H harness for Dachshunds. This is made of the same leather as the harness.

At Hashteckel we are big fan of adjustable leashes so that you can choose a nice length for every moment. This is also the case with this leather Dachshund leash: it measures a total length of 1.70 meter (the longest position) and in between you have a middle position and a short position. The longest setting is perfect for giving your Dachshund freedom (for a nice sniffing safari!) and the short setting for when you are in the city and it is very busy, for example. You simply click this Dachshund leash from ring to ring. The great thing about a click and adjustable leash is that you can easily attach it to a chair on the terrace, for example.

Just like the leather H harness, this leather Dachshund leash is beautifully finished with brass clips and rings. Manufactured in our own workshop where soft but strong leather is being used. We have consciously chosen supple leather so that this Dachshund leash, just like the H-harness, quickly forms in your hand. It is made in our own leather workshop in the Netherlands where Amy uses residual leather from shoe factories. Also very sustainable and we are proud of that.

Maintenance instruction
For a long life, this leash should be maintained once a month with white leather grease. When it gets dirty, wipe it off with leather cloths (available in supermarkets) and let it air dry (not above a heater). Keep the clips clean.
