Our collaboration with hunting brand Niggeloh arose from the need for perfectly fitting harnesses for Dachshunds, which often do not fit well with standard harnesses. By working closely together, we have designed and extensively tested new models so that they optimally meet the needs of Dachshunds. Perfect fit
The unique physique of Dachshunds requires a specially designed harness. This Dachshund harness from Niggeloh is adapted to the broad shoulders with deep chest, combined with the narrow, long body. They fall further on the back and stay out of the armpits, leaving the shoulder blades completely free for movement. Thanks to a longer back panel and an adjustable belly strap, every owner can adjust the fit to their liking. Ultimate wearing comfort
This Dachshund harness from Niggeloh offers exceptional wearing comfort. The harness fits perfectly to the Dachshund's body and moves without shifting. Provided it is properly adjusted of course. Another very pleasant advantage: the Follow Light harness has an extra clip on the neck, so that the harness does not have to go over the head, ideal for Dachshunds that do not like this.
Lightweight
The majority of this Dachshund harness is made of neoprene, an ultra-light material. This ensures that the Follow Light and Follow Start are the lightest harnesses of their kind, which further increases wearing comfort for the Dachshund.
Outdoor-proof and maintenance-free
Because Dachshunds are low to the ground, their harnesses have to deal with dirt and moisture every day. These harnesses were originally designed for hunting and are made of high-quality neoprene that does not absorb moisture and dirt. The sturdy, soft nylon prevents chafing, and the full-grain leather applications remain beautiful, even after a dip in the water. These features make this Dachshund harness virtually maintenance-free.
