Shipping
We do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. We aim to proceed orders placed before 12:00 am, to ship the same day. Please note: due to the busy holidays, processing and shipping of your order will take a little longer than you are used to from us.
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive the Track & Trace code in your e-mail to track your package. This sometimes also ends up in the spam box.
Cancel order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been ordered. Your package is immediately processed by our warehouse, so we cannot cancel it.
Logistics partner
Our shipments are provided by Fietskoerier and GLS. All shipments are picked up by the bicycle courier Deventer at Hashteckel. The shipment is then processed in the distribution center of Fietskoerier Deventer and offered to the national network of Fietskoerier.nl. If this network is not available at the recipient's address, the package will be delivered by GLS or DHL.
Track your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped. If the order is sent in a package, we will send you the Track & Trace code by e-mail. Delivery to not at home If you are not at home with a package delivery, the delivery person will leave a note. With this note you can make a new delivery appointment on the DHL website.
Wrong delivery
We always try to match your order as closely as possible. However, it can sometimes happen that we send you the wrong item. It is best to return this item immediately. Hashteckel pays the shipping costs If you have not received one or more items, it is best to contact us. This can be done by e-mail to info@hashteckel.nl. We will ensure that your order is delivered correctly. Please have your order number ready.
Exchanges and returns
It is possible to return or exchange the ordered items for another item.You can find our return method here.
PAYMENT
At Hashteckel you can pay for your order easily, quickly and above all safely. At the checkout you choose one of the payment methods below.You can choose from the following payment options:
- Pay via iDEAL
- Pay via Paypal
- Pay by bank transfer
- Pay via Bancontact
Pay with Ideal
With iDEAL you will be redirected to the payment environment of your own bank during the payment process. In this way, your payment is immediately debited, so that your order can be shipped immediately. In general, your order will be delivered the next day, but in some cases it takes 2 to 3 days. We strive for the fastest possible delivery, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the stated delivery time of Fietskoerier and DHL.
It is possible to pay via iDEAL when you use internet banking at Rabobank, Bunq, ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers or Triodos Bank. If you choose this payment method, you go through the following steps:
- During the checkout process, choose the iDEAL payment method.
- Select your own bank.
- When you have entered all your details correctly, click on the order button at the bottom right of the page.
- You will be redirected to the payment environment of your bank.
- Complete your payment.
- As soon as the payment has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed.
Pay with PayPal
If you use PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website after ordering. If you already have a PayPal account, you just need to log in and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can register as a guest or create an account and then proceed to pay. When you confirm your payment, an authorization will be performed first. Your order will then be processed immediately. If you choose this payment method, you go through the following steps: ​​​​​
- Choose the payment method PayPal during the checkout process.
- When you have entered all your details correctly, click on the order button at the bottom right of the page.
- You will be forwarded to the PayPal payment environment.
- Log in or create a (guest) account and complete your order.
- After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed.
When returning products, the relevant amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. When you log in to your account, you can easily view and check this action.
Pay by bank transfer
If you have selected payment by bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive the invoice by email within 12 hours after placing the order. This invoice must first be paid before the order is shipped.
Pay via Bancontact
Bancontact is the bank payment method from and for Belgium, with which you can pay via your own trusted banking environment
